How do I change my session time?
Every reminder has a "pick another time" link. Or open your seat page and tap Change time.
I missed the training. Is there a replay?
If you registered, we email you a replay link. It's up for a limited time.
How do I cancel Pro?
In the portal, go to Billing and tap Cancel. Two clicks. Monthly stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
How does the refund work?
Yearly and one-time Pro plans have 14 days. Email support@loadingacademy.com and we refund within 5 business days. Monthly can be cancelled any time.
Is Dale a real person?
No. Dale is an AI-made character we built with the Loading Sequence. The training is delivered by Angelo Ciaramello, a real person.
Do I need an audience to start?
No. The free room comes first, and daily posts do the reaching.
How do I stop the emails?
Tap Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email. Receipts and account emails still arrive.
