These terms are the agreement between you and Loading Academy, operated by Alwaysloading Ventures LLC. They cover our website, our free guide and free room, Loading Academy Pro, and the 90-Day Accelerator. By making an account, joining a room or paying us, you agree to them.
In plain words
This summary is here to help you read the rest. It is not the agreement. If the summary and the sections below ever disagree, the sections below are what counts.
- We sell education. We teach a method for building a paid community. We do not promise you income, sales, growth or any other result, and nothing we sell is an investment or a business opportunity.
- You must be 18 or older. One account per person.
- You can use the Template Vault files in your own business. You cannot resell or share the course, the Vault or your login.
- Pro is $49 a month, $397 a year, or $497 once. The first 100 members pay $39, $297 and $397. Subscriptions renew on their own until you cancel, and you can cancel in two clicks from the portal.
- Your founding price stays locked while you stay subscribed. It ends if you cancel or if a payment fails and is not fixed inside the 30 day grace period.
- Pro yearly and Pro one-time have a 14-day refund. Pro monthly cancels any time with no refund for the period you already paid. Accelerator sales are final except under the build guarantee at /legal/guarantee.
- We own the course and the templates. You own what you build with them.
- If we ever end up in a dispute, it goes to arbitration in Florida, one person at a time, not a class action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing to these terms, and nothing else changes if you do. Small claims court is still open to both of us. Court cases that are not arbitrated are heard in Palm Beach County, Florida.
1. Who we are and what we sell
Loading Academy is operated by Alwaysloading Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. There is no other trading name. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Loading Academy, operated by Alwaysloading Ventures LLC. Where they say "you" or "member", they mean the person using the site or holding the account.
We sell and give away four things:
- The free guide and the free room. A written guide to the method and a free Telegram room. Both are free. We can change or close either at any time.
- Loading Academy Pro. The full course, the Template Vault, the AI coach and the members Discord, on a monthly, yearly or one-time plan.
- The 90-Day Accelerator. A 90-day program, sold by application, with two group calls a week and the build guarantee.
- Free training sessions. Free online sessions about the method.
Everything we sell is education. We teach a method and hand you templates. We do not run your business, do not manage money for you, and do not give financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing we sell is a franchise, an investment, a security or a business opportunity in which we promise you customers, income or a market.
2. Who may use Loading Academy
You must be 18 or older to make an account, join a room, attend a session or buy anything from us. Loading Academy is not for children, and we do not knowingly take data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we close the account and delete the data.
You must also be able to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using our services under any law that applies to you.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Your account is yours alone. Do not share your login, your access link or your seat with anyone else, inside or outside your business.
- Keep it secure. Use a real email address you control and keep your password to yourself. Tell us at support@loadingacademy.com if you think someone else is in your account.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If someone uses your login with your knowledge, that counts as you.
- Companies. If you pay through a company, one named person holds the account. Naming a different person later is fine; two people at once is not.
If we find one login being used by several people, we may ask you to buy the extra seats, or we may suspend the account under section 13.
4. What you may and may not do with what we give you
While your access is active and you are paid up, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the following, and nothing more.
The course. Watch it, take notes, and use what you learn in your own business. Do not record it, download it, repost it, upload it to another platform, feed it into a service that republishes it, or hand it to anyone who has not paid for it.
The Template Vault. The Vault holds pages, quiz flows, email sequences, bot scripts and checklists. You may copy them, change them, brand them as your own and use them in your own business, including in work you do for your own paying clients. You may not resell, license or give away the templates as templates, or publish them as a product, a bonus, a lead magnet, a swipe file or a course of your own.
The members Discord and the rooms. Join in, post your progress, help other people. Do not scrape the server, export member lists, or message members to sell them something without their say-so. Do not post other members' work or screenshots outside the server without asking them first.
Calls and recordings. Accelerator calls are recorded so members can watch them back. Recordings are for members of that cohort. Do not share, repost or publish them.
You may not copy the course or the Vault to train, fine-tune or ground a machine learning model or an AI assistant that other people can use.
Your licence ends when your access ends, except that Pro one-time buyers and Accelerator members keep the access described in section 6 and on the guarantee page.
5. Prices and what each plan includes
All prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax, VAT or similar tax that may be added at checkout.
Loading Academy Pro, regular pricing
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $49 a month | The full course, the Template Vault, the AI coach and the members Discord, for as long as you stay subscribed. |
| Yearly | $397 a year | The same, for 12 months, renewing yearly. |
| One-time | $497 once | The course forever, and the members Discord for 12 months from purchase. |
Founding 100 pricing
The first 100 Pro members pay $39 a month, $297 a year or $397 once, for the same thing. Founding members also get a founder role in Discord, a badge in the portal, an optional listing on the Founders page, and first access to each new Accelerator cohort. Founding pricing closes when 100 founding places are taken.
The 90-Day Accelerator
The Accelerator is sold by application, after a call. Its price, payment schedule and terms are set out in the agreement you sign before you pay, and that agreement governs the Accelerator alongside these terms. The Accelerator includes the full course, the Template Vault, the members Discord, two group calls a week for twelve weeks, the AI coach, a 1:1 kickoff call, and lifetime access to the course.
The AI coach joins Pro after launch. Until it does, Pro is everything else on the list.
6. Renewals, cancelling, and what happens after
Monthly Pro renews every month at your monthly price and keeps renewing until you cancel.
Yearly Pro renews every 12 months at your yearly price and keeps renewing until you cancel. We email you 7 days before each yearly renewal to tell you it is coming and what it will cost.
Before you pay, the checkout page shows you the renewal price, the renewal period, that the plan renews until you cancel, and how to cancel, above the pay button. You tick a box to confirm you have read it. The box is never pre-ticked.
Cancelling takes two clicks. Open the portal, open billing, cancel. It is done on our own Billing page and takes effect straight away, with no email, no call and no form. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again.
Pro one-time is a single payment. It does not renew. You keep the course forever and the members Discord for 12 months from the day you buy.
If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and email you. The grace period is 30 days from the day the payment first fails. For the first 7 days nothing changes. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, you keep the course, and the members Discord, the Template Vault and the AI coach pause until the payment goes through. If it is still unpaid at the end of the 30 days, your subscription ends.
7. The founding price lock
If you join at a founding price, that price stays yours for as long as you stay subscribed, even after founding pricing closes and even if our regular prices go up.
Two things end the lock:
- You cancel. If you come back later, you come back at whatever the current regular price is.
- A payment fails and stays failed past the 30 day grace period. If we cannot collect and those 30 days run out, the lock ends with the subscription.
Nothing else ends it. Changing between monthly and yearly inside your founding tier keeps the founding rate for the plan you move to. A refund ends the lock, because it ends the subscription.
8. Refunds
The full policy is at /legal/refund. In short:
- Pro yearly and Pro one-time: 14 days from the day we take the payment. Ask by email to support@loadingacademy.com and we issue the refund within 5 business days.
- Pro monthly: cancel any time. We do not refund the month you are in. Your access runs to the end of it.
- The 90-Day Accelerator: all sales are final, except under the build guarantee. The build guarantee has its own terms at /legal/guarantee. Those are the terms that apply, and nothing on this page changes them.
9. No guarantee of income or results
We do not promise you income, earnings, sales, subscribers, members, followers or growth, and we never will. We cannot, and neither can anybody else honestly.
What we sell is teaching, templates and time on calls. What you get out of it depends on your niche, your effort, your consistency, your existing audience, your market, your pricing and a great many things none of us control. Most people who start an online community earn little or nothing.
Any figure, example or member story anywhere on our site, in our emails, in our rooms or on our calls is an illustration or a report of one person's experience. It is not a promise, a projection or an average, and it is not what you should expect.
The build guarantee on the Accelerator is a guarantee about the build, not about results. Its terms are at /legal/guarantee.
10. The Accelerator continues into Pro
After the 90 days end, Accelerator members keep the members Discord, the Template Vault and the portal through a Pro subscription that starts on day 91 at the standard Pro monthly price. This is disclosed on the call, in the pre-payment summary and in the agreement, before you pay anything.
It works like any other Pro subscription:
- It is a monthly subscription at the standard Pro monthly price, which is $49 a month today. Founding pricing is not carried into this subscription.
- We email you 7 days before the first charge.
- You can cancel in two clicks in the portal, at any time, including before the first charge is taken.
- If your Accelerator purchase is refunded under the build guarantee, the continuation is cancelled with it.
You keep lifetime access to the course whether or not you continue into Pro.
11. Who owns what
Ours. The course, the videos, the written lessons, the Template Vault files, the quiz flows, the site, the portal, the AI coach, our names, our logos and our characters are ours or are licensed to us. Using them is covered by the licence in section 4 and nothing else transfers to you.
Yours. Everything you build stays yours. Your room, your list, your pages, your posts, your bot, your emails, your product and your customers are yours, on your own accounts. We claim nothing in them. If you walked away from us tomorrow, all of it keeps running.
Templates you have made your own. Once you have taken a Vault template and built your page, email or bot from it, that finished thing is yours to use and to keep, for as long as you want, including after your access ends. The underlying template stays ours, and section 4 still stops you reselling it as a template.
12. What you post, and our permission to show it
You keep ownership of everything you post in our rooms, hand in through the portal, or say on a call.
By posting it, you give us permission to store it, show it to other members in the place you posted it, and use it to run and support the service. That permission is limited to what we need to operate.
Showing your work publicly is separate. We do not publish your work, your name, your numbers, your face or your words in our marketing without asking you first and getting a yes in writing. That yes covers a named piece of work for a named use, you can tell us to stop at any time by emailing legal@loadingacademy.com, and we take it down within 48 hours of being asked. Material already printed or already sent out cannot be recalled, and we say so when we ask.
You must have the right to post what you post. Do not post other people's work, other people's private information, or anything you are not allowed to share.
13. Acceptable use
Do not:
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone in our rooms, on our calls or in messages to our team
- post hate, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal
- spam, mass-DM or recruit members into other programs, affiliate schemes or funnels
- share, resell or resupply the course, the Vault, recordings or your login
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or try to break into any part of our systems
- impersonate anyone, including our team and our characters
- use Loading Academy to build anything that misleads, defrauds or deceives the people you sell to
- make income, earnings or results promises to your own audience using our name or our materials
We may remove content, mute or remove you from a room or a call, suspend your account or end your access if you break these rules, break these terms, charge back a payment you owe, or put other members or our team at risk. Where the problem is small and fixable we will usually tell you first. Where it is not, we act straight away.
If we end your access because you broke these terms, you are not owed a refund.
14. Third party services
We run on other people's tools, and some parts of what we sell sit on platforms we do not control. These include Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, Mux for video, Cloudflare and Vercel for hosting and delivery, Convex for the application data, Discord and Telegram for the rooms, Calendly for booking, and Google for calls and calendars.
Using those services means accepting their own terms as well as ours. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they do, and we are not liable for their outages, their price changes, their decisions about your account, or their handling of your data beyond what we say in our Privacy Policy.
The same goes for any tool we recommend in the course. A recommendation is not an endorsement of that company's conduct, and your relationship with them is yours.
15. Disclaimers
Everything we provide is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, that the information in it is complete or current, that any defect will be fixed, or that following our method will produce any particular result.
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Get your own professional advice before making decisions about your business, your money or your taxes.
Some places do not allow some of these exclusions. Where that is true, this section applies to you only as far as the law where you live allows, and you may have rights that this section cannot take away.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Neither we nor anyone who works with us is liable to you for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, lost goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, whatever the legal theory, even if we were told those losses were possible.
- Our total liability to you for all claims put together is capped at the total amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. If you paid us nothing in that period, our total liability is capped at one hundred US dollars.
These limits apply to every claim of every kind, and they survive the end of your access.
Some places do not allow limits like these. Where that is true, this section applies to you only as far as the law where you live allows.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Loading Academy, Alwaysloading Ventures LLC, and its members, officers, contractors and staff from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises out of:
- your use of the service
- anything you post, send or upload
- your breach of these terms or of any law
- what you sell to your own customers, what you promise them, and how you handle their data and their money
- your use of the Template Vault files in your own business
We will tell you promptly about any claim covered by this section, and you may run the defence with counsel we reasonably approve. You may not settle anything that admits fault on our part or puts an obligation on us without our written agreement.
18. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
Read this section carefully. It changes how any dispute between us is settled, and it gives up your right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action.
Talk to us first. Before starting anything formal, email legal@loadingacademy.com with what happened and what you want. Most things are settled this way. Give us 30 days from the day we receive it before going further.
Arbitration. If we cannot settle it, any dispute between you and us arising out of or relating to these terms, our services, or anything we sold you is resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration is seated in Florida, and can be held by phone, by video or on documents where the rules allow it. The arbitrator decides the dispute, including questions about whether a claim can be arbitrated, and the arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
One person at a time. Arbitration is between you and us only. You and we each agree not to bring, join or take part in any class action, collective action, consolidated action or representative action against the other, and the arbitrator may not hear claims on behalf of a group or award relief to anyone who is not a party. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim goes to court under section 19 and the rest of this section still stands for every other claim.
Small claims. Either of us may instead bring a qualifying claim in a small claims court, as long as it stays in that court and stays individual.
No jury. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial for anything covered by this section.
You can opt out of arbitration. You do not have to agree to this section. To opt out, send us written notice at legal@loadingacademy.com within 30 days of the day you first agree to these terms. Say who you are and that you are opting out of arbitration. That is all we need, and we will confirm it.
If you opt out, this section does not apply to you, and any dispute between us goes to court under section 19 instead. Opting out changes nothing else: not your access, not your price, not your refund rights, and not any other part of these terms. We will not treat you differently for it.
19. Governing law and where cases are heard
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
For anything not covered by section 18, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Palm Beach County, Florida, and each of us gives up any objection to that venue being inconvenient.
If you are a consumer somewhere whose law gives you the right to bring a case in your own courts or under your own consumer law, this section does not take that right away from you.
20. Changes to these terms
We change these terms from time to time, for instance when we add something, change a plan, or a lawyer tells us to.
- The version and the date at the top of this page always tell you which terms are current.
- Every version is kept, so the terms you agreed to at checkout stay on record with your purchase.
- For a change that matters to you, meaning one that affects your price, your refund rights, your access, your data or section 18, we email every active member at least 14 days before it takes effect, and we show a notice in the portal.
- For a small change, meaning a correction, a clarification or a new contact detail, we update the page and the date.
If you do not want to accept a change that matters, cancel before it takes effect and the old terms govern everything up to that point. Staying on after the effective date means you accept the new version.
We never change your price by changing this page. Prices change the way section 5, section 6 and section 7 say they do.
21. Ending it
You can end this agreement at any time by cancelling in the portal and closing your account. Section 8 and the refund policy say what money comes back, if any.
We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if you charge back money you owe, if you put members or staff at risk, or if we stop offering the service entirely. If we stop offering the service entirely, we give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.
When access ends:
- Your licence under section 4 ends, except for the lifetime course access held by Pro one-time buyers and Accelerator members, and except for the finished pages, emails and bots you have already built from the templates.
- You are removed from the members Discord and the cohort rooms.
- Your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
Sections 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and this sentence survive the end of this agreement.
22. The small print
- The whole agreement. These terms, the pages they link to, and any signed agreement for the Accelerator are the whole agreement between us about what they cover. For the Accelerator, if a signed agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins on the point they disagree about. For the build guarantee, the guarantee page wins.
- If part of it fails. If a court or arbitrator finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that part is narrowed to the smallest extent that makes it work.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Transfer. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business, and we will tell you if that happens.
- No partnership. These terms do not make you our employee, agent, partner or franchisee, and you may not present yourself as any of those.
- Language. These terms are written in English and English is the version that governs.
