Some of our presenters are not real people
Some of the presenters you see on our social channels are AI-generated characters. They are made with AI. They are not real people, they are not employees, and they are not customers.
Dale Mercer is one of them. Dale is an AI-generated character created by Loading Academy. There is no person called Dale Mercer behind those posts.
Every post published by an AI-generated character carries the platform's own AI label, on every platform that offers one. Where a platform gives us a toggle or a tag for AI-generated content, we switch it on, on every post, every time.
A character may have a backstory, and it is fiction
A character may have a name, a look, a place, a voice and a way of talking. That is persona flavor, the same way a cartoon has a setting. It is fiction, and it is not offered to you as a true account of anyone's life.
Two hard rules apply to every character we run:
- A character never makes a first-person claim about income or results. No character will ever tell you what it earned, what it makes, what its community makes, or what it achieved. Those sentences are not written, not recorded and not published.
- A character never presents its backstory as a factual life claim. It may teach a method and show public examples. It may not claim a history, a job, a qualification, a client or a result as fact.
If any figure appears in a character's content, it is either arithmetic labeled as arithmetic or a documented fact about our own company. How we handle figures is set out in full in the Earnings Disclosure.
A real person teaches you
The training, the course and all of the teaching are delivered by Angelo Ciaramello, a real person.
The free training, the lessons, the coaching calls, the answers in the community, the Fit Calls and the Accelerator are Angelo. When you buy from us, the person teaching you is a person.
An AI character may be how you first found us. It is never who teaches you.
How we use AI to make content
We use AI as a production tool. In practice that means it helps us draft scripts, posts, captions, emails and page copy, and it helps us produce images, voice and video for our characters.
A person decides what gets published. Every piece of content passes a human review before it goes out. Nothing publishes itself. If something we published is wrong, that is on us, not on a tool.
What we will never do
- We will never use AI to impersonate a real person. No real person's face, voice, name, likeness or identity is recreated, cloned or imitated by us without that person's permission. That includes public figures, competitors, customers and anyone else.
- We will never strip, remove, hide or evade AI labeling. We do not edit out AI metadata, we do not process content to defeat AI detection, and we do not publish through routes chosen to avoid a platform's AI label.
- We will never present an AI character as a customer, a student or a testimonial. Testimonials come from real people who gave permission, and that is covered in the Earnings Disclosure.
- We will never have an AI character deny being AI.
Just ask us
If you want to know whether something you are looking at is AI-generated, ask.
Comment on the post, message the account, or email support@loadingacademy.com. We answer honestly, every time. If you ask one of our characters or our bot whether it is AI, the answer you get is yes, it is AI-made, and the training is delivered by a real person.
We would rather tell you than have you find out. That is the whole point of this page.
Corrections and complaints
If you believe we have published something that impersonates a real person, or that should have carried an AI label and did not, tell us at legal@loadingacademy.com. We remove it within 48 hours and log what we did.
